Tamarind Coastal Kitchen is a south Indian coastal cuisine special cloud kitchen operating in Dubai.
THE GOAL
Having launched operations amidst the silence of the pandemic back in December 2020, we had to ensure the brand was able to make turnarounds to sustain the business. With more and more established brands turning to delivery platforms, we had to ensure awareness of our brand as well as imprint in the minds of the consumer that Tamarind Coastal Kitchen is the go to brand for all south Indian food cravings.
THE APPROACH
Part 1 of the approach entailed creating a impactful brand presence on all relevant social media platforms. We created eye catching advertisements both video and static to reach out to all south Indian food lovers. Starting with awareness, we branched into acquisition followed by retention & referrals. This approach was met with great success.
THE RESULT
Tamarind Coastal Kitchen doubled its orders within the first 2 weeks of operations and have not looked back ever since. Receiving up to 100 orders a day within the first 2 months of starting out, they are now looking to expand operations across the country.
